| Gel Perfect Instructions |
1: NAIL PREP
• Remove existing nail color
• Shape nails and gently push back cuticles
• Nails must be free from lotions or oils |
2: SET-UP
• Protect work surface
• Shake Gel-Color bottle
• Unscrew all 3 caps and keep caps unscrewed in the bottle until complete
• Have a folded paper towel to clean brush |
3: APPLICATION PROCESS
STEP ONE: ACTIVATOR
• Brush on a thorough coat of Activator over entire nail
• Apply to all 5 nails on one hand
• Use enough Activator so nails appear wet and shiny
IMPORTANT: Cover nails completely, avoiding cuticles
Do NOT touch wet Activator or let Activator dry
Move quickly to Step Two so Activator does not dry
STEP TWO: GEL-COLOR
• Immediately apply a thin coat of Gel-Color over wet Activator to same 5 nails
• First coat may appear streaky
• Use slight pressure so Gel-Color and Activator can blend
IMPORTANT: Gel-Color should be applied in thin coats
It is not necessary to re-dip brush in Gel-Color for small nails.
STEP THREE: CLEAN BRUSH
• Wipe Gel-Color brush thoroughly on paper towel and place in Cleaner to prevent buildup
• Take brush from Cleaner and place in Gel-Color to use for next application
IMPORTANT: Keep color brush clean by soaking
in Cleaner after every 5 nails
STEP FOUR: OTHER HAND
Repeat Steps One, Two and Three of Application Process on your other hand.
IMPORTANT: You must apply two coats of Activator and Gel-Color for full coverage to both hands |
5: CLEAN UP
• Clean buildup from both Gel-Color and Cleaner brushes by swirling in Cleaner and wiping on a paper towel until clean and soft
• Return Gel-Color and Cleaner brushes to their bottles
• Attention: Activator brush does not need cleaning |
