Choose the application method that's best for you!
With Cotton Swab: Apply the power gel onto a cotton swab and wipe onto each tooth area you wish to whiten.
With Mouth Tray: Fill mouth tray as shown on side of box and gently insert teeth into tray. Follow directions included with mouth tray.
With Your Toothbrush: Apply the power gel to a wet toothbrush. Apply to teeth thoroughly, allowing bristles to spread gel in between teeth. After application, rinse toothbrush thoroughly.
Basic Directions: Choose an application method above to apply Plus White 5 Minute Bleach Whitening Power Gel to the surfaces of the teeth you wish to whiten. Minimize the contact with your gums as much as possible. Allow 5 minutes for the bleaching action to take effect. For very stained teeth, keep the power gel on your teeth 15-20 minutes. Power gel will not whiten caps, crowns or veneers.
Immediately after the desired time is reached, thoroughly rinse the power gel from your mouth with cool water. Follow these directions twice daily for the first two weeks. After two weeks, use the product only once or twice a week or several times a month as needed to maintain the desired whitening level.
Caution: Children 12 years and under should consult their dentist. We do not recommend people with orthodontic braces or anyone suffering from gingivitis use this product. Stop usage if irritation or discomfort should occur. If you have any further questions consult your dentist.

I love this stuff! It's cheap and it works great! I use it with custom made mouth trays (mouth guards that I bought at Target for $1 each) and I leave it in for about 10-20 mins each tray and I saw results the first week I used it, however my teeth did not get to that "pearly white" until I used this stuff continuously for about a month. But I think it's definitely worth it for the price. I prefer it over the expensive Crest Whitening Strips or the stuff that you paint on your teeth. For BEST results I use it in the morning and at night when I'm in the shower.
