With Cotton Swab: Apply the power gel onto a cotton swab and wipe onto each tooth area you wish to whiten.

With Mouth Tray: Fill mouth tray as shown on side of box and gently insert teeth into tray. Follow directions included with mouth tray.

With Your Toothbrush: Apply the power gel to a wet toothbrush. Apply to teeth thoroughly, allowing bristles to spread gel in between teeth. After application, rinse toothbrush thoroughly.

Basic Directions: Choose an application method above to apply Plus White 5 Minute Bleach Whitening Power Gel to the surfaces of the teeth you wish to whiten. Minimize the contact with your gums as much as possible. Allow 5 minutes for the bleaching action to take effect. For very stained teeth, keep the power gel on your teeth 15-20 minutes. Power gel will not whiten caps, crowns or veneers.

Immediately after the desired time is reached, thoroughly rinse the power gel from your mouth with cool water. Follow these directions twice daily for the first two weeks. After two weeks, use the product only once or twice a week or several times a month as needed to maintain the desired whitening level.
